Her dance training included ballet, tap, jazz and ballroom dance. After passing her RAD ballet examinations with honors, she studied at the Sadlers Wells Ballet School (now Royal Ballet). Later, she was accepted at the prestigious Italia Conti Stage School in London where the curriculum included all facets of dance, musical theatre, acting and singing. Julie’s career has taken her throughout the UK, Europe and America. She was a principal dancer in the Las Vegas “Folies Bergere” at the Tropicana and has appeared in movies and TV commercials as a dancer, actress and model. Julie began teaching ballet twenty-two years ago and credits David Howard and Finis Jung as her principal mentors.
